Living and working in Puerto Vallarta (especially in Real Estate) can leave you a little jaded when it comes to fantastic views. We are constantly exposed to some of the best views in the bay, either while listing or showing properties, or going to open houses… there is no shortage of amazing views of the ocean, the mountains, and the jungle. After a while (I’m sad to say) we get so used to seeing the kind of views that others only dream about that we forget how lucky we are to live here.
Today I was looking at a property in Bucerias… I looked out the window and was taken aback by an enormous old parrota (I think) tree in the adjoining lot. It’s branches spread so wide they covered nearly my entire field of vision with an intricate web of light and shadow. luckily I had my camera along, so I popped off a couple of shots… I was even inspired to upload one to my long neglected Pic of the Day page.
It’s nice to be reminded once in a while how lucky we are to live in this unique place!
