Rincon del Cielo Clubhouse
We just put up another listing in Rincon Del Cielo, this time in Coto Lluvia. If you are not aware, a “coto” is one of the gated communities that make up Rincon del Cielo. Each coto has roughly 50 to 100 houses arranged around a common garden area with swimming pool, clubhouse, bathrooms, barbeque and food preparation areas, and an outdoor shower (for the pool). They each also have 24 hour security and controlled access, making them a safe area ideal for a small family or as a getaway home in Puerto Vallarta.
This particular house for sale in Rincon Del Cielo is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath Luna model. It has a media room upstairs that could be easily converted to a third bedroom, if you wanted to. I like Rincon del Cielo as a moderately priced home, either to live in, or as a vacation home in Puerto Vallarta… with the quality of construction, features and finishes, the common amenities and the security of a 24 hour guarded gated community, it offers a lot of “bang for the buck”, and this particular home is in near pristine condition in one of the newest Cotos and priced to sell (If you’ve been shopping Rincon del Cielo, you’ll know this is true!)
